Terms and Conditions

Kits are ready to go to their new homes when they are Eight weeks old. Prices range from $25 and up. All rabbits sold come with pedigrees unless sold as pets.

We ask for a 50% NON REFUNDABLE Deposit when holding our stock for a long period of time (in my opinion). If you decide to back out of the deal, you WILL NOT get your deposit back. If we back out of a deal, it will be refunded to you. If the rabbits(s) are reserved for pick up at a show, we reserve the right to sell the rabbit(s) if they are not picked up by noon. Because these are live animals, we reserve the right to back out of a sale at any time. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to ask us. By purchasing any animal from us, you are agreeing to all conditions listed on this page.

** IMPORTANT **

We do not guarantee an animal will win shows, or produce offspring. We do not control the judge’s opinions, nor do we guarantee a rabbit’s fertility. If we sell an animal as show quality, we feel the animal has the potential to do well at shows, but cannot guarantee this. If we sell a breeding doe that has produced for us, we can't guarantee the animal will produce for buyer. If we sell a non-proven animal we cannot guarantee the animal will produce.

Purchase Policy:

We are here to answer any questions that you may have. We do not sell pet quality animals with pedigrees. If you want a pedigree for a pet animal, there will be an additional fee.

We guarantee our rabbits health for 1 (one) week after purchase. If you do not report any signs of sickness during this time, as far as we know, the sickness came after purchase conditions. Rabbit must be returned to us and we will attempt to replace it. If there isn't a replacement then a refund will be made. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail them to us.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we be responsible for any medical costs the animal may obtain after the sale.
